I love a good breakfast, especially during the holidays! And while I love to be in the kitchen, even for me, cinnamon swirls (a.k.a. cinnamon rolls) are just too much work for a breakfast. From the first rising of the yeasted dough to pulling the trays out of the oven takes over four hours.
What if I told you there is a way to get a tray of HOT Sinfully Delicious Cinnamon Swirls, smothered in Cream Cheese Frosting on your breakfast table? The trays and icing come to you frozen and the morning you want to indulge, pull them out of the freezer, defrost on the counter, pop them in the oven to heat through and spread on as much (or as little) icing before serving to your hungry guests!
These Cinnamon Swirls have a delicious, fluffy, full flavoured dough enriched with butter, whole milk and eggs. The dough is then filled with butter and cinnamon sugar. The swirls are out of control and refuse to keep their tidy "cinnamon roll" shape, but the expanding nature of the dough's rise make for yummy crispy edges mixed in with the fluffy bits. We can't get enough, I don't even want to admit how many of these amazing cinnamon swirls we ate during the testing process! ;)

Cookies are best kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Enjoy your cookies within a few days. To keep them longer, store in a cookie tin or freeze and allow to thaw in packaging.
